Materials and Methods : We reviewed and analyzed the clinical data from 107 patients who underwent a radical prostatectomy after prostate biopsy; had prostate needle biopsy (n=70) and MR fusion prostate needle biopsy (n=37) between October 2016 to December 2017. Results : The number of up-grading on Gleason score is smaller in MR fusion prostate needle biopsy group. But, there is no statistically difference in upstaging ratio after radical prostatectomy (prostate needle biopsy vs. MR fusion prostate needle biopsy; 32.9% vs. 37.8%, p=0.174) (Table 1). The number of biopsy core is 12 cores (elective prostate biopsy) vs. 2-4 cores (MR fusion prostate biopsy). Conclusion : Although, the number of Up-grading on Gleason score on MR fusion prostate needle biopsy after radical prostatectomy is smaller than elective prostate needle biopsy, the ratio of upgrading was not statistically difference with prostate needle biopsy.
