Home > Society Introduction > Welcome Message Dear KUA Members, Colleagues and Friends from all over the world: We, more than 2,300 members of Korean Urology Association (KUA), will not lose sight of the fact that our knowledge and insight will influence our people's health and happiness, as we continue to strive for excellence since our foundation began in 1945. KUA will dedicate its foremost resources to support all of our members from private practitioners to tertiary hospitals, to not only foster the highest possible standard of urologic care and knowledge, but also to become a keystone for promoting our people's heath while also developing our nation's health system. As President, I will do my best to set high standards for the KUA and also provide each member of our association an opportunity : "to participate and serve for the benefit of KUA.", "to be supported by KUA", "to share various information from KUA." Also, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our private practitioners. Thank you for your ambition to continue learning after the completion of training as our country is enduring economic challenges. You are truly the foundation for Korea's Urological science. Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation to our residents. You are the future of Korea's medical industry. We will do our best to invent more effective and systemic way of learning. Training can be both emotionally and physically demanding in the field of Urology, but all of Korea's health profession as a whole does not promise us a shining future, but I challenge you to never lose pride as a Urology professional Thank you for visiting our homepage.
