2. Registration
On arrival at the COEX, please make your way to the KUA 2024 Registration desk located in the North Gate 1F, COEX. All participants need to collect their registration packs from the registration desk to access the KUA 2024. Please wear your name badge for admission to all sessions, exhibition and catering breaks.

3. E-poster
Laptops and monitors for viewing E-posters have been arranged at the following location:

3. KUA 2024 Art Gallery / * All participants
The Korean Urological Association, in collaboration with the Suppoment Gallery, will be hosting an art gallery featuring contemporary art. Talented artists leading the Korean contemporary art scene will participate, showcasing a wide range of contemporary artworks, from large-scale pieces to smaller works, for the attendees of KUA 2024.

4. Uro Fun Run (5km City Run) / * Applicant in advance
Uro Fun Run (KUA 2024 5km City Run) is a charity marathon event for the good purpose of treating Lou Gehrig's disease, so if you are interested, please check the information below and apply. This is a paid event, so Those who wish to participate must pay the participation fee.

Food & Beverage
Lunch is available in the Satellite conference room or at restaurants listed on the lunch list. Please exchange your meal ticket for a lunch. If you require a vegan boxed lunch, please inquire at the registration desk. (Available while supplies last.)

The unit of the Korean currency is the Won (₩).
Coin denominations are ₩10, ₩50, ₩100 and ₩500.

Bank |
Banks can offer some of the best exchange rates to travelers. Banking hours can vary. But most business hours are from 09:00 to 16:00. ATMs typically operate until 23:00. But many are open 24 hours. ATMs can also be found at convenience stores, but generally charge a higher transaction fee. ATMs that accept international cards are common. Especially in areas frequented by foreigners; look for ATMs with a “Global” sign or the logo of your bank. Global ATMs offer multi-languages.

Tax |
Value-added tax (VAT) is levied on most goods and services at a standard rate of 10% and is included in the retail price. In tourist hotels, this 10% tax applies to meals and other services and is added into the bill.

Gratuities (Tipping) |
Tipping is not a traditional custom in Korea.
A 10% service charge will be added to your bill at all tourist restaurants and hotels.
It is also not necessary to tip a taxi driver unless he assists you with luggage or provides an extra service.

Electricity |
In Korea, electrical outlets are operated at 220 volts only. Overseas delegates bringing laptop computers and other electrical appliances are advised to check whether a transformer is required.
